The site represents one of the few parcels available that also is within close proximity to residential density. The site is well located in the South Shore neighborhood of Staten Island; South Shore is one of the most affluent area of Staten Island, which in turn has the highest median household incomes of any borough in the City.

 

The investment opportunity was sourced through ECM’s professional network.  The site was not marketed to the public. The site was acquired in 2017 and construction will be completed in Q2 2019
